Advice Manager

Could you lead our team advising students in difficulty at University?

Our advice team offers students free, professional and non-judgemental advice when they are facing difficulties such as failing their course or being accused of plagiarism. We are looking for someone who can lead this team to deliver high quality information, advice and guidance and who can scope and design improvements to the service. You will develop relationships with University colleagues to promote the service and champion the needs of students.

What’s the job? 

Role: Advice Manager

Hours: 21-28 hours per week (0.6-0.8 FTE), exact number of hours to be agreed on appointment. Days of work to be discussed with the successful candidate, to ideally include Mondays and Wednesdays

Salary: £17,927 – £27,280 per annum (depending on hours, based on a full-time salary of £29,878 - £34,100 per annum)

Contract: Permanent
